The research content mainly includes the general situation of Yangzhou electric grid and the status quo of the electricity information acquisition, the overall design of information gathering electric utilization management system of Yangzhou, the implementation of Yangzhou electricity information acquisition management system. The electricity information acquisition management system designed by this research, will be able to improve the timeliness and accuracy of data acquisition of the watt-hour meter significantly, avoid the defect of manual meter reading effectively, and reduce the labor intensity of meter reading work.
