| With the application of new building materials, the development of building technology, artificial cost growth and the increase of residential energy saving requirements, design and construction of industrialized housing has become a new trend in the construction industry. Design and construction of industrialized housing can improve production efficiency, construction quality and reduce building energy consumption, which agree with the requirements of indemnificatory apartment construction very well. This technology has an important practical significance for the promotion and development of industrialized housing constructio.This paper is one of the branch project of "12th five-year" the national science and technology support program "indemnificatory apartment industrialization design and construction of key technology research and demonstration". This paper study the wind resistance performance of prefabricated cladding, which assembly with two kinds of wall panels,JianHua (lightweight aggregate concrete materials) wall panels and HuaLi (composite materials) wall panels.,and the test results are validated through numerical simulation. The result of the test provides the basis and reference for design and construction of indemnificatory apartment industrialization.The test of this paper belong to prefabricated cladding load test. The design of the test mainly reference to structure standard such as<Technical specification for prefabricated concrete structures>, the wind resistance performance of indemnificatory apartment prefabricated cladding and bearing capacity simplified theoretical analysis of specimens.This test made17prefabricated cladding test specimen with different thickness wall panels and connecting piece, two kinds of connection mode.The test study has achieved initial results, the conclusions are as follows:the wind resistance performance of prefabricated cladding which made up of JianHua wall panels mainly depends on the wall panels thickness,connection modes, connection piece thickness.Filled with mortar have no effect on the increase of the wind resistance performance of prefabricated cladding. According to the standard requirements,to meet the wind resistance performance of prefabricated cladding, wo recommend the structure with150mm JianHua wall panel thickness, Q235steel connections of3mm thickness,connect the upper and lower, no filling mortar. The wind resistance performance of prefabricated cladding which made up of HuaLi wall panels mainly depends on its own strength. The higher thickness of HuaLi wall panels can improve the wind resistance performance of prefabricated cladding. But because of its poor strength of HuaLi wall,it can not meet the wind resistance performance of prefabricated cladding, can only be applied to the inside of the building cladding. |
