Study On Convenience Indexes Of Urban Public Transportation

Public transportation is an important part of the national economy and publicservice system. With the continuous growth of the national economy in China, theprocess of urban and the motorization level of ruban gradually improved, the residents’increasing travel demand increases unceasingly in China, the development of publictransport is an inevitable trend to alleviate the urban traffic environment pressure. Inthis context, the convenience of public transportation, to evaluate the convenience ofurban public traffic system, find out the existing convenience of urban public trafficproblems, put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, to improvethe level of public transport services, to achieve the overall level of urban trafficimprovement, support economic and social development of the city.This paper is based on the perspective of passenger travel chain, according to thecity public transportation convenience to the transit site services, transit networkdensity, traffic information acquisition, transit time, transit speed17main factors,select "transfer distance","transfer coefficient","bus station coverage","public transitnetwork density"14evaluation, comparison and selection of different applicabilityevaluation method for the evaluation of city public transportation convenience, isestablished based on the ideal solution of the Vague composite matter-elementevaluation model, gives a definition of Vague complex matter element evaluation,according to the positive ideal solution and negative ideal solution elementdetermination in Vague ranking function improved, the ideal solution for eachevaluation index for the most ideal paste progress based sorting, weight and thestructure entropy method to calculate the index, using the similarity measure of theactual value and the different evaluation matter element to the ideal matter elementdistance, the a comprehensive evaluation on Chongqing city public traffic convenience,the comprehensive evaluation results for the level. Finally, combined with thecharacteristics of the urban area of Chongqing city public traffic system, analysis of the"bus lane setting rate","non linear coefficient","average bus speed","bus linerepetition coefficient" and other deficiencies, and provides the main urban area ofChongqing city public transportation optimization reasonable improvement opinion, adjusted and improved with the feasibility and practicability of the public trafficsystem in Chongqing city.In determining the positive and negative ideal solutions for each indicator,establish a more accurate evaluation index ranking, selection of appropriate assessmentmethods, a variety of evaluation results of the comprehensive comparative analysis,improvement of index system, evaluation method of the evaluation of application andimprovement needs to be studied further.
