Evaluation Of Integration Degree Of Urban And Rural Passenger Transport

With the improvement of the accelerating urbanization and the level of urbanization,regional economy achieved steady development. With the closing contacts between urban and rural areas and the increasing of passenger flow, the forms of segmentation between urban and rural areas need to be broken. At the same time, the construction of new socialist countryside makes it possible to improve the facilities between urban and rural. So, urban and rural passenger transport plays an important role in providing public services for urban and rural residents. Based on the basis of summarizing the research status at home and abroad, this paper makes a study on the evaluation of integration degree of urban and rural passenger transport.First of all, this paper expounds the connotation of urban and rural passenger transport integration, analyzes the influencing factors of evaluation contents, and then summarizes the relevant theories and methods of comprehensive evaluation.Secondly, this paper studies the evaluation index system of urban and rural passenger transport integration. After analyzing the main contents of the evaluation of the urban and rural passenger transport integrated layout, the evaluation index system of the connection modes of urban and rural passenger transport and the urban and rural passenger transport network are established respectively. This paper classifies the connection modes of urban and rural passenger transport, analyzes the establishment principles of evaluation index system, sets up evaluation indexes and classifies them. Analysis of urban and rural passenger line network planning principles and indicators, summed up the route design factors, and establish urban and rural public transport network evaluation criteria.Thirdly, it firstly analyzes the comprehensive evaluation methods, and then discussed the fuzzy matter-element analysis method and the Vague matter-element model based on the ideal solution. They provide solutions for the convergence of urban and rural passenger transport network design evaluation and evaluation model of urban and rural bus lines.Finally, combining the fuzzy matter element analysis method and the Vague matter-element model based on the ideal solution, the paper evaluates the advantages and disadvantages of D city's Urban-rural passenger transport mode, and evaluates the rationality of G city's urban and rural passenger transport network.
