Therefore, in order to ensure the safety of the passengers, we should not let the truck into the main flow channel.This paper introduces the situation of the development in Chongqing and relevant national policies, by focusing on analysis of characteristics of Chongqing urban freight transport demand and transport operation characteristics, and evaluated the original truck restrictions. According to the basic principle of wagon lines, puts forward a new wagon restrictions based on the existing partition implementation, finally, it has made the evaluation about a new scheme in main passenger corridor, a few most important business circle, the influence of the three base four port area and so on.The new project of wagon restrictions reduced the interference of freight vehicles on urban passenger traffic, improve the efficiency of road traffic and road safety, reducing the occurrence of the phenomenon of traffic congestion, guarantee the urban traffic flow, improve the level of the city traffic management effectively, also contributing to the unobstructed city.
