Based on the theory of project schedule, based on the actual project case analysis, through the specific phase of the project implementation process of the comprehensive analysis, discusses in detail the tracking management summary of the project schedule implementation in the process of using "aspect" and the progress of C-CHART, aiming at the existing problems, find out the influence factors, analysis specific details, solve all kinds of abnormal.This paper lists the relevant theoretical knowledge of the project schedule, and then use the project example kneading related knowledge, summarized the "aspect" and C-CHART progress tracking management summary concept. "And form" is mainly put forward the progress of implementation of the project plan and set out the various elements of the implementation of the project, and tracking the progress of C-CHART all kinds of sub table management summary and contains engineering implementation elements, combined with the anomaly in each stage, the main sub item table corresponding to the show and analyzes the reason, related resources on the deployment of elements should be combined with the former, so as to make Labor measures, economic measures, technical measures, organizational measures to recover the anomalies and achieve the normal progress.From the current domestic and international related books and information that, in view of the large international project has a lot of general project schedule of theoretical knowledge, but the project organization in different countries, factors affecting the project schedule plan is different, this paper discusses the large international projects in the region of Vietnam in the implementation, through various on the schedule of anomaly analysis, find, solve, finally summarizes the basic method of the progress of the security of overseas projects, namely "Five Plan" and "territorial management", which has a certain guiding significance for the large project organization in Vietnam after the promotion.
