| Energy is one of the most fundamental resources for future economic growth in the21st century. The large amount of energy consumption and a lack of energy supplements,lead to the crisis of energy shortage. Manufacturing industry, which regardsmanufacturing systems as the center, creates great fortunes and consumes lots of energy.So, how to save energy and improve manufacturing efficiency becomes the key problemof sustainable development.This paper, which relies on The National High Technology Research andDevelopment Program of China, The National Natural Science Foundation of China andthe foundation of Key Laboratory of Metallurgical Equipment&Control Technology ofMinistry of Education(Wuhan University of Science and Technology), builds the energyconsumption model of manufacturing systems. This model focuses onmanufacturing-remanufacturing systems, refers to Green Manufacturing, SystemsEngineering, Modeling and Simulation and so on, and combines the national standards ofenergy. What is more, quantitative analysis of process energy consumption systems isachieved with CD++Builder.At first, Green Manufacturing System and energy consumption characteristics ofsystems are introduced. Secondly, Energy consumption model for machine based on thesystem theory is built, with Discrete Event System Specification (DEVS) andinput-output model. Then, this paper builds energy consumption model for GreenManufacturing System, which takes workstation as basic unit, on the basis of the abovemachine model. At last, the above energy consumption models are simulated with CD++Builder, and the process of modeling, simulation and the analysis of results areintroduced in detail. |
