Research On The Application Of Technologies For Green Buildings

ABSTRACT:Greenbuilding has been the trend of building industry in the21st century. China is in a critical period of promoting urbanization. Green buildings can solve many problemscaused by high-speed urbanization,like resource consumption and environmental pollution. Large-scaled andregionalgreen building is bound.The Chinesegovernment takes measures to promote the development of green building (GB). But until2013, there are only few green buildings in China. It is widely believed that theadditional investment on Green building technology can promote energy savings, watersavings, and healthier indoor environments, also should return price premium for the Green certified buildings.Some studies suggest that theadditional investment on GB should be well paid off by higher selling prices.How to make more green building technologies applied more?This paper is trying to analyze a wide array of phenomenon in the field of energy efficiency technology, and find ways using to choose fit green building technology.Firstly,this paper introduces the development situation of green building technology and the regulations to promote the green building’s development in China. Secondly, the function of green building technology application is discussed based on the principle of Value Chain and Systems Engineering.Green building technology is listed by type. Thirdly, establish the evaluation index system of green building technology, sum up the green building technology evaluation methods. At last, the paper make suggestions for green buildingpolicy making, including green building technology certification and assessment standard, the green building technology R&D and sustainable building materials.
