| The construction industry is recognized as a major energy consumer and carbon emitter in the world.Countries all over the world, including China, are actively exploring the lowcarbon and green development path of the construction industry. In this context, the concept of green building has gradually sprung up and developed rapidly.Since then,in order to evaluate the impact of green building on the surrounding environment, countries and relevant institutions have successively issued various green building evaluation standards to quantify the impact of green building on the environment. However, there are some problems in the process of green building evaluation. For example, due to the high degree of commercialization, some unreasonable and unscientific indicators appear in some green building evaluation standards, and some green building evaluation standards highly rely on the weight method, resulting in strong subjectivity. These problems have led to the difficulty of green building standards to correctly measure the impact of green buildings on the environment. Therefore, this paper uses BIM Technology and LCA perspective to calculate the full life cycle carbon footprint of green buildings.Firstly, the whole life cycle of green building is divided into four stages based on LCA theory. The whole life cycle of green building can be divided into four stages:early stage, materialization stage(including material preparation and construction stage),operation stage and demolition and scrapping. On this basis, the spatial boundary and carbon footprint calculation scope of the whole life cycle of green buildings are clarified. In order to prevent the simple application of ordinary building carbon footprint calculation methods for green buildings, this paper uses the current green building evaluation standard to analyze the difference of carbon footprint between ordinary buildings and green buildings, and draws the carbon footprint inventory emission map of the whole life cycle of green buildings. Then, based on the carbon footprint inventory emission map of the whole life cycle of green building, the carbon footprint calculation model of each stage of green building is constructed, and the carbon footprint factors are collected and calculated to form a carbon footprint database. In the calculation of consumption, the consumption lists are obtained by using BIM Technology and combined with the construction consumption quota. Finally, based on the green building life cycle calculation model and combined with computer technology,a green building life cycle carbon footprint calculation platform is developed, and a three-star green building is selected as a calculation case.It is concluded that the total carbon footprint of the three-star green building life cycle is 71261.9 tCO2 which the carbon footprint in the operation stage accounts for 79.37%and the carbon footprint in the construction stage accounts for 17.48%,And put forward emission reduction suggestions for the research conclusions. This paper explores the quantitative calculation and application of green building life cycle carbon footprint based on BIM Technology, realizes the rapid calculation of green building life cycle carbon footprint, and provides a reference method for calculating green building life cycle carbon footprint. This method is helpful to quickly and proactively evaluate the impact of green buildings on the environment,so that in the early stage, more effective means can be taken to control the carbon footprint of green buildings in the whole life cycle,so as to reduce the building carbon footprint, which is of great significance for environmental protection, promoting sustainable development and achieving the goal of "double carbon". |
