| Traditional buildings have caused too much burden on our living environment due to the gradual deterioration of the contemporary environment,"green" and"sustainability" have become the most urgent propositions of this era.In order to correctly handle the relationship between people, architecture and nature, green buildings came into being. It is an active effort made in the field of architecture to explore and improve the environment, emphasizing "people-oriented".The development of green building projects requires the participation of many stakeholders, the different interests of all parties make the project full of complexity and uncertainty, and the supporting condition that reflects the "green" degree of a building is the application of green technology. At present, most green buildings have not yet matched the technical system set by the national standards, the quality is low,and some technologies are even used to extremes. How to properly weigh the relationship between stakeholders and the application of green technology, and promote the transformation of green buildings to high-quality,it is a subject worthy of in-depth study. In view of this, based on the perspective of stakeholders, this paper conducts research on the barriers to the application of technology in green buildings, with the aim of improving the application efficiency of the green building technology evaluation system.Firstly, sort out the research results of domestic and foreign related green building application barriers and stakeholder theory, combined with the development status, based on the technical system in the new and old versions of the "Assessment Standard for Green Building" specification, through a large number of literature studies, and extract green technology with a usage rate of less than 40%,according to the different tasks at each stage of the whole life cycle,7 types of stakeholders were defined,27 barriers were identified, and a questionnaire was made based on this.Secondly, using SPSS26.0 to conduct statistical analysis on the questionnaire data, and the top 5 factors ranked in importance and relevance were identified as key barrier factors, and use the Mann-Whitney U test method to analyze the differences in the perception of barrier factors of every two stakeholders. Then, according to the 10 key barrier factors, the second-stage questionnaire was conducted to construct the influence relationship matrix model.Based on the DEMATEL system, the position of each key factor is obtained, corresponding to the stakeholders, analyze the links between the factors and the role they played. Finally,in order to deal with the barriers to the application of green building technology, according to the weight of each key factor index and the position in the scatter chart,a targeted strategy based on the perspective of stakeholders is put forward.and overall recommendations are further put forward from the system, market, and technical perspectives,it is expected to provide a reference for improving the application rate of green building technology and promoting the progress of green building towards high-quality development. |
