| Building automation which is an important technical means of green building and building energy efficiency, combine the engineering techniques and humanistic philosophy with automation and control technologies, in order to maximize and optimize the use effect of the building. This research describes the relationship between automation technology and green building, succinctly describes building automation and the main principles,related equipment and the main control means of building automation systems, points out the existed problems and development direction in the practical application, and carefully analyze a few building automation systems and the interaction of them. Lack of a complete and systematic industry implementation standards and limited technical level of designers in this field is the main factor of restricting the development and related research of building automation in our country. To solve these problems, we should analyze the actual demand, recognize the important role of energy efficiency and green building on China’s energy strategy in this study. Therefore, the starting point of this paper is the combination of green building and building automation technology. This paper also believes that with the future development of construction technology, a growing number of new concepts and models, such as eco-building, will be born in the green building sector. Overall, this paper first analyze the main components of building automation which includes HVAC automatic control system and lighting automatically control system and so on, then analyze the several applications systems of current building automation, especially analyze actual application process and application program.Finally, this paper put forwards the unique application ideas and a detailed demonstration in order to solve the topic difficulty- LonWorks, application means of Site’s overall line techniques; The research discusses the profound meaning of green intelligent buildings. |
