Based on the research of management pattern by the project management maturity model, the article will analyze these problems and propose corresponding countermeasures. There has been certain practical significance to improve the level of management and market development.Firstly, this paper introduces the present situation of engineering consulting industry at home and abroad and its basic concept is introduced in the paper. By using the K-PMMM and questionnaire surveys, Y Company project management is analyzed and evaluated, and then a optimization plan is put forward. The three problem with the lowest score are:risk management, communication skills and human resources management.We abstracted the most important points to analysis what affect the solution.The evaluation results above are mainly reflected in the project supervision design.From the technology, organization and contract point of view, some guarantee measures has been made to guarantee the supervision design.This study provided a certain theories basis and practice guidance for those Engineering Consulting Corporation that responding to the DB contract.
