The whole process engineering consulting oriented by the owner’s construction goal can carry out the overall governance for the current situation of industry fragmentation,and promote the transformation and upgrading of engineering consulting enterprises.But the whole process engineering consultation has the characteristics of wide coverage,strong comprehensiveness,diversified service,wide and far-reaching influence,which brings great challenges to the improvement of project management performance.Project governance solves the system level problems by defining the arrangement of responsibilities and rights among stakeholders in the whole life cycle of the project,and provides a new way to improve the management performance of the whole process engineering consulting project.Based on this,from the perspective of network structure,this paper uses the method of empirical analysis and simulation to explore the governance mechanism of the whole process engineering consulting project,so as to promote the improvement of the management performance of the whole process engineering consulting project.Based on the project governance theory and social network theory,this paper summarizes the governance framework of the whole process engineering consulting project as contract governance and relationship governance through literature review.Considering the lack of research results of the governance mechanism of the whole process engineering consulting project,the paper analyzes the research results of the project governance of large-scale projects,government investment projects and other public projects,and identifies three dimensions of contract governance including the clear details of contract terms,flexibility of contract and strict performance of contract by combining with expert consultation method;relationship governance includes goal consistency,joint management The network structure includes three dimensions: network density,center degree and connection strength;project management performance includes meeting expected requirements,satisfaction of the owner,long-term income and other factors.After that,the whole process engineering consulting project governance mechanism is constructed through theoretical deduction,and the structural equation model is used to verify that contract governance,relationship governance and network structure have positive effects on project management performance;contract governance has indirect impact on project management performance through relationship governance;network structure through contract governance has an indirect impact on project management performance;network structure through contract governance has a positive impact on project management performance The network structure has indirect influence on project management performance through relationship governance.In order to further explore the dynamic evolution of the governance mechanism of the whole process engineering consulting project from the perspective of network structure,the effect curve of contract governance,relationship governance and network structure superposition on project management performance is simulated by using netlogo simulation platform on the premise that the theoretical model is verified. |
