Urban Green Building Development Strategy Research

To reduce building energy consumption and pollutant emissions, make construction development from the traditional energy intensive mode to efficient green mode, achieve energy saving, environmental protection, the purpose of all countries in the world is facing. In linfen city to promote green building development, advocating energy conservation and emissions reduction, not only can solve the problem of local, can also lead to the development of green building in the surrounding area, has the very vital significance.Paper with green development as a starting point, with urban green building development strategy as the research direction, in order to "concept and analytical method, theoretical research, case search, background inquiry" as the research train of thought, of linfen in Shanxi Province as an example of urban construction green development strategy were studied.The paper is divided into four parts to discuss:building green development strategy of linfen The first part is the first chapter. Put forward the necessity of the research, and elaborated the paper research content, significance, methods and articles of the basic framework.The second part is the second chapter introduces the developed countries and China’s green building development. Through summarizing the foreign advanced experience and analyzing the reality of our country national condition, pointed out the direction for the subsequent research.The third part including the third chapter to the fifth chapter. On the basis of the second part, first of all to the current green building development of linfen has carried on the comprehensive analysis, put forward the implementation of the future development goals, it also introduces in detail some building greening project instance of linfen.The fourth part is chapter6. Put forward the measures about the development of the green building of linfen, including policy support, technical support, propaganda guidance, etc.
