Study On Safe And Technical For Hazardous Materials’ Tanker Transportation In Railway

Nowadays, tanker is used to transport85%dangerous goods including combustibles, oxides, corrosion,poison gas and dangerous liquid in Chinese railway transportation of dangerous goods. In the process ofcomplex long-distance transportation, due to large volume of dangerous goods in the tanker, if there issome danger, it may cause serious accidents such as fire, explosion, poisoning, pollution and others, whichnot only directly leads to heavy losses for people’s life and property, but also causes environmentalpollution and other accidents.Dangerous goods transported by tanker have multiple kinds, units and transport capacity. In addition,tanker is complex in variety and structure and carrying dangerous goods has special requirements on thematerial of tank, filling quantity and safety accessories and so on, which makes the safety management ofthe transport of dangerous goods in railway tank car difficult.Having combined with the actual conditions of dangerous goods transportation in Chinese railway, thedissertation presents the necessity of safety of dangerous goods transportation by analyzing related accident.According to the structural characteristics of transport and the tanker used in railway dangerous goods. Itanalyzes the necessary technical conditions of dangerous goods transportation. And also it analyzes thetype of tanker applicable to dangerous goods transportation, filling quantity, safety accessories, securitymonitoring and the condition of early warning and emergency response. According to the above technicalrequirements affecting of transportation safety, it establishes the safety evaluation index system for thestation of dangerous goods transportation by tanker (special line, special railway. Then it evaluates andanalyzes the risk of a certain station of dangerous goods transportation in Hohhot railway by using analytichierarchy process and the theory of set pair. Finally, according to the analysis and evaluation, it putsforward safety suggestions on safety and measures for the dangerous goods transportation by tanker. Thethesis provides a certain economic value and guiding significance to guarantee the safety of dangerousgoods railway transportation.
