As a building for storing materials,silo plays a huge role in social construction.In the construction of silo,the traditional silo sliding form rigid platform has problems such as poor versatility,central scaffolding,labor and time,the platform needs to be reinforced with inclined booms,and the cone shell is poured multiple times.Scholars at home and abroad have done less research on the new silo sliding form rigid platform.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a new silo sliding form rigid platform.The silo modular dome sliding form rigid platform developed in this paper can solve the problems of the above-mentioned traditional silo sliding form rigid platform.Compare various silo sliding form rigid platform schemes with different diameters and structures,and analyze their advantages and disadvantages.It also calculates and analyzes the platform that is suitable for large diameter and does not need to set up a center frame,and compares the internal force,deformation and steel consumption.After a comprehensive comparative analysis,it can be obtained that the dome-type sliding form rigid platform is more reasonable in force and has better economic efficiency.The modular design of the dome sliding form rigid platform is carried out.The modular dome sliding form rigid platform with 22 m,25m,28 m,30m,34 m and 36 m diameters can be assembled through the combination of modular standard sections.The finite element program SAP2000 was used to establish the overall model of the modular dome sliding form rigid platform,and the strength,stiffness and stability of the platform cone shell construction stage and the silo roof beam-slab structure construction stage under different load conditions were studied,and the calculations were carried out.The comparison of the data can be obtained: in the two construction phases,the construction phase of the beam and slab structure on the roof of the warehouse plays a controlling role.The finite element software ABAQUS was used to design and optimize the pipe nodes,ball nodes,support nodes and flange connection nodes used in the platform.In addition,the finite element analysis of the different schemes designed for the bifurcation node and the bearing node of the radial spherical space tube truss is carried out,and the comparative analysis is carried out from the point of view of the joint force,construction and economy,and it can be obtained: the modular dome-type sliding form rigid platform It is recommended to use welded hollow spherical joints for the bifurcated joints of the radiating spherical space tube truss,and cross-plate bearings for the support joints.Analyzed the problems in the construction of the modular dome slipform rigid platform,combined with the structural characteristics of the modular dome slipform rigid platform,formulated a reasonable construction technology,gave the key construction technology,and provided the rigidity of the silo slipform.The design and construction of the platform provide a theoretical basis and technical basis.
