With the rapid development of urbanization,high-rise building has gradually become the mainstream of urban construction.The shear wall structure has been widely used in the field of modern high-rise building,because of its advantages of good spatial integrity,seismic and wind resistance.The construction of the high-rise building is a large investment.And the cycle of the construction is very long.The requirements of structural performance are relatively high.But many designers have ignored the rationality and economic structure because of the accumulation of experience,different habits of the safety performance of the structure.They take a more conservative structure arrangement plan.Such design cannot make full use of the potential of the shear wall structure,but also resulted in waste of resources and increased cost.Therefore,the optimization design of the shear wall structure is a very meaningful work.This thesis is mainly about the high-rise residential shear wall structure,containing the optimization principle of structure layout,the optimization principle of beam and slab and the overall performance control index.Taking a 24-story shear wall structure in Tianjin for example,the optimal design is carried out by using the most commonly structural design software PKPM in china.To meet the design specifications,using the finite element software SATWE modeling calculation.The deformation and the internal force characteristics and the other content of the structure before and after optimization are compared and analyzed.From the results of analysis optimization,we can see the design not only meets the needs of the project,but also has improved the performance of the original structure of the system and saved the cost effectively,which provides the reference for the optimization of the other similar projects.
