ABSTRACT:With the rapid development of urbanization, construction planning and approval are playing an increasingly important role in city construnction work. Especially for the quality and accuracy of the planning and approval decisions. Apply three-dimensional modeling technique to deal with spatial objects’planning, analysis and presentation issues. By using three-dimensional model to calculate the three-dimensional spatial attribute analysis, to carry out the realistic three-dimensional presentation function. Through the integration of urban planning and approval with three-dimensional modeling, realize the efficiency and intelligency of the urbanization work. By the combination of experiment and research method, obtain the summaries on methods and attributes of three-dimensional modeling, the obstacles of current planning and approval work, as well as the feasibility of the combination of three-dimensional model and planning approval. By using QT technology and re-develop method, take good advantage of base level development from QT and fluency from re-development, succeed in the construction of the "3D assisted planning and approval system ", the system realizes the unified management of the planning and approval project, two and three-dimensional scenario linkage, design plan comparison, attribute calculation and three-dimensional dynamic display. By the practical test of "3D assisted planning approval system," approves the design of three-dimensional model integrating with the urban planning and approval issue. Solve the daily work of planning and approval in vital and difficult problems, make a remarkable contribution to the urban planning and approval work and promote the sustainable development of scientific urban construction.
