It meets the actual needs of the urban planning management.Base on the ideas above, the thesis which studies of the problem will list just as below on five aspects:1. After analysis the exploitation background and the requirement of the urber planning in ChangSha city. It put forward requirement a set of urban planning design and approval standards.2. It mainly contains the principle of system design, the idea of system design, the design of the system function module, the exploitation flat and the running environment of the system, etc.3.
