Design Of Reliability Analysis System Of Electric Power Communication Network

Power communication network is a private communication network for powersystem.It has high requirements of real-time, reliability, and security in services. Thereliability of power communication network is one of the most important factorsinfluencing security and stability of power system. It takes an important role inperformance evaluation and management assessment of the power systems. In powercommunication network planning, reliability is a key constraint. Compared to publiccommunication network, the reliability research of power communication networklags behinds relatively.This paper analyzes the characteristics of power communication network and onthe basis of the analysis for reliability requirements, it is becoming a key issue how toscientifically and objectively on the reliability comprehensive evaluation of powerpower communication network.Firstly, the paper analyzes the reliability of factors of power communicationnetwork, and researches the reliability of power communication network about twoaspects of survivability and invulnerability. Wherein, based on the life of the targetednetwork congestion, the average minimum distance is proposed to measure theviability of the network, and as a reliability evaluation index. Network invulnerabilityresearch analyzes the importance of each communication network nodes and links,basing on computing nodes and links in importance, reliability analysis of the wholenetwork has been analyzing network invulnerability evaluation index.Secondly, combining with the characteristic of power communication network,the paper studied the problem of the optional route selection under a single link orequipment failures and non-failures both cases, Whether the optional route is selectedquickly and reasonably or not, it’ll affect the reliability of power communicationnetwork.Finally, on the basis of the model of the reliability evaluation, reliabilityanalysis system of electric power communication network designed the function, andthe paper gave an application example, the results demonstrate the practicability,feasibility of the system and the implementation of the system function.
