| With the continuous development of our social economy, metro engineering construction istaken more and more seriously. The subway project construction risk is difficult to control,accidents happened frequently in the subway engineering. Therefore, this paper addresses theemergency management of subway engineering research, on the basis of the theory of riskcontrol, crisis management and so on, to build emergency management system of metroengineering, and the work flow, the design of emergency management organizations to build theevaluation index system, and analysis the reliability analysis of the system.Based on the analysis on the status of emergency management in China and abroad, thispaper points out the shortages of current emergency management research in China---lack ofearly warning system of emergency management. The article starts from the relevant concepts ofemergencies and emergency management, and define the concepts of emergency management,put forward the contents of the emergency management process.Secondly, on the basis of general principles and elements of the emergency managementsystem design and analysis of relevant case subway construction projects come countermeasuresto improve emergency management system subway construction period. According to the above,this paper put forward six components of the emergency management system should include:emergency command system, emergency monitoring and early warning systems, emergencyresources and support systems, accident reporting and media communication systems, emergencyresponse systems and emergency recovery system. Combined with the above, the construction ofthe emergency management organization system of subway construction, and functional analysisof its components.Thirdly, according to the emergency management organizations "unified command,collaboration, grading treatment of switch, discussed" the system of operation principle, thedesign of subway construction engineering in daily status and unexpected events occur two kindsof working process. In the collaborative management theory, analyze on the process of subsystem.On this basis, the establishment of the analytic hierarchy process subway construction projectevaluation system of emergency management organizations, and quantitative analysis of eachindicator, given the specific weights and scores made on system reliability analysis.Finally, combined with the study of the theory of the above, with the examples of Nanjingsubway construction project, build its appropriate emergency management systems, design of thesystem specific workflow, and analyze on the system reliability. |
