The Research Of Electronic Refrigerator Apply In Laser Engraving Machine

This thesis analyze the characteristics of Electronic refrigerator, and make a setof instruments accord to its feature, use in lab experiment of Laser engravingmachine’s laser generator. Use the full bridge circuit design idea, make the Electronicrefrigerator have both heat and refrigerate function. According the customer’sparameter requirement, get to design personally and install it in practice, summarizethe problem in process of finding. The thesis used method of Combined with theactual product，elaborate every component design reason and practical use. Theinstrument achieved temperature control function by use PID governor, programmedaccording to communicating protocol. Considered from reliability and security, theinstrument designed some function for them, and did safety experiment for instrumentaccording to national standards, so enhanced the reliability of instrument. After testedand verified each part function, proving the instrument meted the customer’s designrequirements.
