Railway signal is the command signal of the modern railway transportation, in order toensure the reliability of power supply, remote monitoring and dispatching for key signalpower equipments is essential, adopting the dispatching and monitoring system of railwaypower supply, namely the supervisory control and data acquisition system, known as thedomestic telecontrol system, to monitor and control the power substation, signal power supply(double-power) and the breaking switches of self-closing and through circuit automatically, toensure the safe operation of railway power supply and provide reliable power supply forrailway transportation. After the speed acceleration of railway in recent years, the detailedmanagement for power supply and the increased train numbers, leading that the increasementof monitoring points and intensify changes of operation parameters, which leads to real-timeinformation spurt to the dispatch center, this makes the traditional client/server monitoringmode reactions are getting slower and slower, and affect the real-time performance of themonitoring system seriously.Agent resides in a certain environment, which can execute operations independently,flexibly, and it has characteristics of autonomous, sociality, reactivity, initiative and so on,through environmental effectors perception and according to variations to react accordingly.Multi-agent is composed of multiple intelligent agents as a whole body, when a single agentcan’t solve complex tasks alone under the influence of complex systems and distributedenvironment, and restricted by the speed, reliability, flexibility, maintainability and otherreasons, Multi-agent can coordinate the agent to complete the same task. Multi-agenttechnology completely avoid the client/server and synchronous invocation model, uses theasynchronous message queue data processing technology, realizing real-time data awarenessand independent decision making of railway power supply system, to make a quick response.The ability of real-time planning and handling of news event reflects Multi-agent’s intelligentfeatures in real-time monitoring system. Therefore, there is an obvious advantage in dealingwith real-time data and this feature is very suitable for solving the real-time responseproblems of the railway power supply monitoring and control system.This topic aiming at the delay caused by railway10kv power dispatching andmonitoring system in engineering application when dealing with batch real-time information,Information intelligence coalition is built by analyzing the cost of multi-agent informationinteraction of network structure, hierarchy structure, coalition structure, and analyzingrelational model, object model automatically mapped to monitoring information agent, batch real-time information is packaged by using message triggering technology to implement thereal-time interaction of Multi-agent. Take a10kV the monitoring system of railway power asan example, which verifies that message can be transmitted among monitoringCommunicationAgent, RTDBServerAgent and GuiAgent by using message triggering methodof information intelligent coalition. Performance test results show that, the processingefficiency of batch real-time information can be increased by using the method of activetriggering message of intelligence coalition when compared to traditional2s polling method.
