Green is the eternal theme of the twenty-first century, advocated the development ofhuman society. In response to a sharp deterioration in the global resource shortages andenvironmental premise, and actively promote green building imperative. At the nationallevel, the establishment of sound regulatory policies, the implementation of greenbuilding assessment is an important means to promote ecological construction andsustainable development.This paper analyzes the advance of today’s green building, implementation andevaluation, etc. Representative Country: United States, Britain, Australia, Japan andChina’s green building evaluation system, the construction of the sort and comparativeanalysis of theoretical and practical experience each other, learn from each other, to lookforward to China green Building Evaluation (hereinafter referred to as ESGB),construction and development in the future, and provide valuable reference.Among them, Australia and China have a close relationship and similar geopoliticalclimate, NABERS development background and launch time and China Green BuildingEvaluation criteria are similar, for the completion of its cycle and people-orientedfeatures are also very worth learning from. Therefore, this evaluation system for theAustralian NABERS focus on a more detailed analysis, including: the establishment ofthe index system, the scope, evaluation methods, promote the use and advantages,combined with the evaluation system of ESGB appropriate policies, regulations andEvaluation indicator system and other aspects of a comparative analysis.In order to support further research on the NABERS applications, severalrepresentative cases are collected and studied. This carried out deeper analysis inpractical application level of NABERS for the future and provided further instructions.Finally, the paper compares the overall differences between the two countries to fullyevaluate the system. And in the implementation of policy, evaluation system andevaluation methods, such as social and promote the use of a detailed analysis, as revisedin the future of green building rating system and To amend the future of green buildingrating system proposed evaluation setting, quantitative data analysis and refinement Starrating results, policies to promote and improve the social and other means of suggestions.
