Research On Green Building Star Rating System Based On ANP

As a pillar industry of the national economy,the construction industry is promoting the rapid development of China's economy,but it also consumes a lot of resources and has a significant negative impact on environment at the same time.In the context of promoting resource conservation,preserving the ecological environment,promoteing sustainable development,green building has been a carrier of promoting the construction industry's sustainable development.At present,China is vigorously promoting the development of green building to promote the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry,but the speed of development is relatively slow because of some restrictive factors.Some problems are restricting the development of green buildings,such as some construction enterprises' emphasis on green building,the economic costs of green buildings,the adaptability of green building assessment system and so on.To further promote the development of green building,it not only requires government's incentive policy,but also continuous improvement of management evaluation norms related with green building within the industry.In this paper,the current situation of green building in the current research,the evaluation of green building,constructed of green building evaluation system conducted in-depth analysis,the study found that the existing green building evaluation system's versatility is too strong,and can not fully consider regional differences,so it may cause a state of unfair assessment iteratively and unreliable assessment result.Thus,according to the latest 2015 version of Assessment standard for green building(GB/T50378-2014)and the regional characteristics(take Chengdu as example),this paper set a strongly regional,fair and reasonable green building rating system.The system is divided into three layers: standard,sub-standard and index.Through preliminary constructing,initial round screening and second round screening,indexes of the system are picked out.Then,based on this structural model diagram,using network analysis ANP levels,expert scoring method to get the relative weight of each index,and Chengdu green building star rating system is established.Finally,as a exemple,the paper will evaluate a residential construction in Chengdu with the system and get the conclusions.Results of this study can provide a reference for further optimizationand improvement of green building evaluation system.
