After a long period impact of traffic load and natural environment, the asphalt concretepavement constructed in early appearing asphalt aging, aggregate fining and various damageswhich seriously impact the pavement performance. This pavement needs to heavy repair. Thetraditional construction method is to repave the surface layer even the base after they aremilled. This method causes much old pavement materials; they will not only take up plenty ofland, causing pollution of the surrounding environment, but also needs to exploit much newmaterials. If we could regeneration and reuse these old pavement materials, will emerges hugeeconomic benefits and social environment benefits. This paper mainly studies these issuesbelow.This paper researches on the strength formation mechanism of the cement stabilized coldin-place recycling, it shows the cement stabilized cold in-place recycling has reasonablemicrocosmic structure, and can meet the technical requirement of the second class and thirdclass roads. Through the gradation design, established the graduation of the recycled mixture,cement content and water content etc, and also analysis the strength change with differentcements and different curing periods. While this paper also researches the pavementperformance of the cement stabilized cold in-place recycling, including cleavage strength,resilient modulus, breaking strength and shrinkage, also comparison with the same gradationof the cement stabilized crushed stone, comprehensively evaluated the performance of thecement stabilized cold in-place recycling.Combined with the reconstruction of the connecting line to Pingjiang of the highwaybetween Changsha and Linxiangļ¼Œthis paper researches the construction craft of the full-depthcold in-place recycling of asphalt pavement, and proposed controlling points of theconstruction process and the acceptance standards, check method of the cold in-placerecycling. Also compared to the traditional construction method on the cost, indicate that thetechnology has obvious economic benefits.In a word, the full-depth cold in-place recycling is a very appropriate way ofmaintenance of the highway upgrade, especially in the area where is scarce of aggregate willbe extensive applied.
