As a typical pavement structure,asphalt pavement has been widely used in domestic and foreign main highways.The traditional hot mix asphalt mixture in the process of construction,due to the mixing rolling temperature is higher,requires a lot of energy,and will produce large amounts of polluting waste gas,dust,etc.,a certain degree of influence on environmental governance.Warm mix asphalt mixture of mixing temperature lower than that of hot mix asphalt mixture construction around 10 ℃ to 25 ℃,satisfy the requirement of road asphalt mixture is in at the same time,can significantly reduce energy consumption,but also can reduce the emissions of polluting gases and dust,obviously improve the construction environment,is a kind of typical construction technology of energy saving and emission reduction.In this paper,based on the practical demand of asphalt pavement construction technology of energy saving and emission reduction,using the method of combining theory with experiment,the experiment study of system Sasobit modification,and comparative analysis of different asphalt modification to Sasobit modification technology for comprehensive evaluation.The main research results are as follows:1,on the basis of matrix asphalt,by adding different kinds of modifier,the temperature mixing modified asphalt were studied the asphalt performance test and evaluation analysis for its high temperature stability,low temperature crack resistance,water stability,ageing resistance and heat resistance,using scanning electron microscopy(sem)to Sasobit isothermal mixing modified asphalt were analyzed to observe microstructure features.The results show that Sasobit modifying agent can effectively improve the high temperature performance of asphalt and anti-aging performance,but the low temperature properties of asphalt has a certain degree of negative impact,but conform to the requirements of the relevant specification.2.Based on ac-13 c type asphalt mixture,the road performance test of several kinds of warm mix type modified asphalt mixture was systematically studied.The results show that the Sasobit modifier can significantly improve the high temperature performance,water stability and fatigue resistance of the mixture,but its low temperature performance is affected negatively.3.Based on ac-13 c asphalt mixture,the effects of different kinds of modifiers on the compaction properties of the modified asphalt mixture were studied systematically.The compaction effect of SBS modified asphalt mixture was compared with that of SBS modified asphalt mixture.The test results show that the Sasobit modified asphalt mixture has good compaction characteristics and can effectively guarantee the quality of the rolling construction of asphalt pavement with proper reduction of the paving temperature.4,through the comprehensive analysis,Sasobit asphalt modification technology can effectively reduce the energy consumption in the construction process,has the good economic efficiency and environmental benefits,up to the present our country construction energy conservation and environmental protection technology needs of the society,has good application value.
