| Construction project planning and control has always been an important problemin lean construction field, so the last planner system is proposed to increase thereliability of plan. After nearly20years of development, the last planner system haspractically been used in various projects abroad, but the domestic research andapplication situation is still behind the average level. To accelerate the application oflast planner system in construction project, it is important to let domestic constructionproject manager realize the contribution and influence of last planner system toimproving the whole project performance.According to construction project plan detail level, construction project can bedivided into system level and operation level. Through analysis, it is clear that themanagement tools suitable for the two levels respectively are last planner system andearned value management method. Based on the analysis of the correlation betweenperformance index of operation level and system level, the hypothesis was built thatapplying the last planner system will enhance the performance of construction project.Due to the dynamic system characteristics of construction project, this thesis usedrelated parameters of EVM and LPS to build a dynamic system model of constructionproject based on system dynamic software VENSIM. The model behavior was provedconformed to the hypothesis through giving specific numerical. The model has beenproved real and effective through dimensional conformance testing, behavior test andsensitivity test.Inputting actual data in the model shows obvious positive correlation betweenindicators of PPC and SV. It has been proved that last planner system can not onlyimprove reliability in operation level but also increase the whole performance insystem level from the perspective of system theory. In addition, the model can also beused in actual construction project, to help the project manager to real-time monitorthe project plan and correct the plan in time. |
