The Reactive Power system is the necessary factors to guarantee the quality of electricenergy.The imbalance of Reactive Power will make the system voltage drop, if it is seriousmay cause damage of equipment. To ensure the system balance without work, it is a keytechnology to realize Reactive Power control and compensation for powers grid.Automatic voltage control is kide of way through the analysis and calculation ofreal-time data, the reactive power distribution, automatic optimization process so as to meetthe requirements of a control system need not system, its function is to make the systemoperation cost, at the same time, greatly improving the reliability of the system. Approach:control without automatic reactive power regulation device. at the operational constraints,Real-time automatic voltage control (AVC) system in normal operation condition,through the real-time monitoring of power grid voltage without power, on-line optimization,hierarchical control network tap wattless power transformer, dispatching automation mainstation to access the same voltage level network each node wattless power compensationcontrolled equipment to implement real-time optimal closed-loop control optimization ofwhole network, meet the safety voltage constraints under reactive flow operation, the voltagequality and the minimum network loss.
