Our country is the largest energy producer and consumer of coal, electricity, oil, naturalgas, new energy, renewable energy formation, and promote the overall development of theenergy supply. Is a strong proponent of austerity policies, so to the rational use of energy, try toavoid waste of resources. Still accounts for the majority of power plants in our country, andhowtheimplementation ofnationalenergypolicy, energysavingtasks, aswell ashowto reduceenergy conservation policy implementation, and vigorously promote energy-efficient powerplant is a fair question. Therefore, in thermal power enterprises, energy saving is the mostimportant task, including coal consumption and power consumption of these two aspects.Thermal power generating units auxiliary power equipment, a large number of auxiliary powerconsumed by them, with an average consumption of auxiliary power accounted for45percent.If you reduce the power consumption of high-power auxiliary equipment, energy savingpurposes can be achieved in the thermal power plant.In this paper, based on booster fan frequency transformation practice in MaomingZhenneng Thermal Power Co,Ltd.200MW unit, the induction motor speed control and energyconservation principle to do a theoretical analysis, introduces the frequency transformationprogram design and effect analysis. Optional booster fan is adjustable vanes axial fans, airvolume control by varying the degree of realization of the leading vane. According unitoperation situation, low load running time of more than50%of the annual running time, only30%of the leading vane able to meet the requirements of boiler operation at low load, there isa big energy loss, wasting electricity plant. Therefore, the verynecessity of energy saving fans,induction motor speed control of energy-saving technology used in booster fan, using therelationship between speed and wind, air pressure, power between the obtained frequencycalculation formula, which gives the energy-booster fan transformation provides a theoreticalbasis for energy-saving feasible. Frequency transformation program designed electricalschematicandlayout frequencyinvertersystem,thedesignofinvertercontrollogic,theinverterstarts running down other operations made a detailed presentation, frequency operation moreconvenient and safe.Comprehensiveanalysis on thefrequencytransformation, in termsof operating results, thefan throttlinglosses reducedautomaticallyadjust capacityenhancement, significantlylowerfanoperating current, energy-saving effect is obvious. In terms of frequency energy, collectedbefore and after the actual operation of the fan frequency data, use formulas saving, energy-saving effect analysis at151.6MW,180MW,200MW three representative load, average annualenergy savings400.3kW, saving rate36.44%. Units by7200hours running time annual calculation, the annual saving2,882,000kW h, electricity savings1.2221million yuan.
