As mordon economic is integrated with the high sociality and the increasinglytechnology of precision and complex, the risk owner face the big impact and challengein their external environment. Besides the natural risk, all kinds of economic ortechinical risk is occuring without ending during the construction projectimplementation. The lean risk management mode can help the company to control theimpact to minimize and improve the company productivity to meet the goal ofcompany operation as planed. It can also provide the company one safe and stableoperation environment and provide the workers the safety gurantee solution toeliminate the workers unnecessary worry.Base on risk management and lean theory (risk identification, evaluation, andcontrol tools) with the process methods, we identify and evaluate the constructionrelated risk activity, then we use Kanban,5S, Kanzen of lean operation pattern and usebehavior-based safety observation to record and measure the system accountablity andrisk level that give the guideline to keep improving the risk control activity. During theS company project construction period, it benefit us to improve the relationship withinternal staff and effectively emilinate the gap between owner and contractors thatachive the goal of injury&incident free in this project.Through the implementation and review of S company expansion project, thissafety risk management model based on lean theory is systemic, practicable and easilyimplement. It can be prompted to median&small size industry construction projectsafety risk management.
