Leaf spring is an important part of the suspension girder system, in the runningprocess of the vehicle, plays an important role. This paper attempts to a new type ofrubber steel composite spring, as a damping element of vehicle.In this paper, by using the finite element software Ansys APDL language, threelayer, five layer, the seven layer of rubber steel composite spring model wereestablished. On the basis of modeling, considering the contact condition, the staticanalysis, the finite element model of rigid processing, through the modal analysis, getthree kinds of rubber steel composite spring and the natural frequency and thecorresponding vibration mode.In the end, the rubber plate and the plate thickness is variable, establishes threekinds of different thickness of rubber steel composite model, through the modal analysis,calculate the corresponding model’s inherent frequency and vibration type. According tothe calculation results, analysis of rubber steel composite spring with natural frequencychanges with the structure, the thickness are quantitative summarized.In this paper, the application of APDL language programming, dynamic analysis ofrubber steel composite spring model for considering the nonlinear effect, get theinherent frequency and vibration, shorten the design cycle. Based on the finite elementanalysis software Ansys, analyzes the relationship between vibration and frequency ofrubber steel composite spring and the changes of layers and thickness, providesreference for the rubber steel composite spring damping research.
