| Recently, industrial energy consumption occupied about30%of total energyconsumption in the world. In china, industrial energy consumption occupied about70%, eventhis figure has over70%in some large economy province. At the same time, tobacco industrybuilding account for about10%of industry construction, that have huge potential in energyconservation. In order to achieve sustainable development of tobacco industry construction,reduce energy consumption become to a serious problem. So set up a sustainabilityassessment system, which has an important significance in tobacco industry buildingconstruction sustainable development and progress. However, lack of a scientific and effectivetool for sustainable assessment currently, it is hard to control the level of sustainable tobaccoindustry building, so the research of sustainability assessment system in tobacco industrybuilding is particularly urgent.This dissertation analyzes the tobacco industry in the research and construction (Yan’anCigarette Factory) on the basis of features, according to " Evaluation standard for greenindustrial building of tobacco industry " Evaluation standard for green industrial building oftobacco industry, the establishment of land resources, energy use, water use, materials tobaccoindustry building evaluation system resource use, indoor environmental and occupationalhealth, outdoor environment, operation management, technical progress and innovation forthe content of sustainability; the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP) and questionnairescombination, integration experts thought the weight, get the right evaluation of sustainabilityof the tobacco industry construction heavy; secondly use TOPSIS have real, reliable, intuitiveand other advantages (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solutionmerits of the solution from the law) principle, the establishment of an improved AHP-TOPSIStobacco industry composite building sustainability assessment model; Finally, the model isapplied to evaluate the sustainability of industrial buildings Yan’an cigarette Factory, and verify the scientific validity of the improved AHP-TOPSIS and complex evaluation model.This dissertation will use qualitative and quantitative, subjective and objective toanalysis, through scientific and accurate assess the Yan’an tobacco industry buildings toprovide an effective tool for relevant department.
