The pulse condition contains abundant information of human body,especially theinformation about blood circulation. So the pulse-taking which based on the floating-middle-sinking taking is an important part of diagnostics of Chinese medicine.However the traditional pulse-taking is subject to the differences of the physician skill,experience and external environment. Besides, the diagnosis is also different becauseof the lack of objective evaluation standard. That’s why taking advantage of projecttarget and means to transform the achievement of the traditional Chinese medicineand promoting objective of traditional Chinese medicine have important significance.For practical purposes, this paper follows the traditional Chinese medicinepulse-taking methods, aiming at the problem of data acquisition error and long timeduring the measurement to design a rapid and precise pulse condition collect-diagnostic system. First of all, depending onC8051F350which has24bit Analog toDigital Converter, taking MH-1pressure sensor of pulse to design the acquisitionsystem. Applying the wavelet transform algorithm to finish the pre-processing andseparate the static and dynamic pressure. After these operations, the curve of thepressure in taking pulse, the dynamic pulse condition information and the envelopeline of the peak can be all acquired. Based on these parameters, the optimalpulse-taking pressure can be confirmed. The experimental results show that, this wayof measurement takes shorter time and the optimal pulse-taking pressure is accurate. Itaccomplished the fast automatic collection of pulse information.Based on the system development, this paper processes of analyses the pulsesignals by domain parameter primarily and frequency domain parametercomplementary to classify the pulse condition and diagnose simply and practicably:Setting up the pulse wave conduction model relied on the basis of double elasticchamber theory and by use of Simulink to imitate the changes of pulse whenphysiological parameters change. Then this paper taken advantage of simulationsystem of pulse condition to simulate the variation of simulation in blood viscosity,vascular elasticity, peripheral resistance and pulse-taking pressure, analyzed thevariation tendency of pulse-gram taken by the new type system. After being compared with the results of Simulink, this paper find the simulation experiment basically hasthe same diagnosis depend on the theory, which verifies the accuracy of the new typesystem. Besides, this paper collected30clinical data and carried out initialexploration on the application value in arteriosclerosis of the new type system.This paper was on primary base of the pulse collection, changing the design of airpressure mode. By means of portraying the envelope line of the peak, the pulseinformation under the optimal pulse-taking pressure can be ensured. Discussing theclassification method and carrying out the simulation and clinical verificationspresented the new type system has better effect. This provide new research mentalityand research technique for objective traditional Chinese medicine in pulse-taking.After subsequent repeated clinical validation,it is expected to be widely used inobjective traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and remote medical treatment.
