Too large vibration displacement of multi-story industrial building is a relatively common phenomenon.Excessive displacement amplitude of the floor vibration will not only affect the safety of the structure and the operation of equipment,but mental health of the producers and the staff. So,research on structure dynamic performance and vibration reinforcement is very necessary.In this paper,according to the different operating conditions under dynamic load,the vibration of the laboratory is tested and analyzed.The problem of structural vibration test chamber is researched by using SAP2000finite element software,and reinforcement scheme is proposed finally.The main research results are as follows:Firstly,with the DASP software,the vibration data is collected,treated and analyzed, and the lower order natural vibration frequencies and vibration linear are got.The level fundamental frequency of structure is0.733Hz.The maximum displacement of the horizontal direction is0.046mm.The maximum vertical displacement of the floor is0.308mm.The detection results show:the maximum horizontal displacement does not exceed the code limit.The maximum vertical vibration displacement exceeds the code limit. Thus, vibration reduction and strengthening is necessary.What’s more,the finite element model is established by using SAP2000,and then modal analysis and harmonic response analysis is performed.The fundamental frequency difference is within5%and the vibration displacement amplitude is in the same order.The analysis results are compared with the test results in order to verify the accuracy of the finite element model.Each layer is selected as the research object,the displacement amplitude and the dynamic force of floor is found with the time history analysis and the dynamic characteristics of the structure are analyzed.The displacement amplitude and the beam force of the fifth floors is more bigger than other layers. So damping measures should be carried out in the fifth layer.Last but not least,considering two schemes,the damping effect is analyzed.This two schemes can reduce the displacement amplitude.The vibration displacement of each layer is more than32.1%by using the spring isolator.Dynamic displacement reduction rate of other layers is less than31.2%by increasing floor stiffness scheme. After the reinforcement, the decrease rate of vibration displacement amplitude is more than75%and the vibration displacement amplitude is within the code limit.Equipment has been able to normal operation and production by reinforcement.This paper researches the vertical vibration caused by dynamic load of the lab oratory, The methods and conclusions provide important theoretical and practical significance for similar vibration of multistory industrial building.
