| Currently, every year, about1million TEU containers are eliminated in the logisticsdomain in our country due to the losses resulted from the long-term transportation process.In fact, the main body framework of most of the waste containers is still in good condition.Thus, it will produce good ecological benefits by applying these containers in the otherfields through the transformation of the operation methods. In practical applications,thefunction of containers have changed into house or others. But in china, the reuse designsystem of containers is not formed. Little of these studies were aimed at the reconstructiondesign of containers. The phenomenon reduces the use efficiency of container buildings.The paper starting with the analysis of reuse theory. The theoretical basis of therecycling design of waste container is formed based on the idea of reuse design and theidea modular design and the idea of energy-saving design and the idea of improving designcombination. Then it discusses the reconstruction design process through a case study ofthe waste container designs. This article also obtained the inventive principle of the reusedesign of waste containers from the theory of TRIZ. As example, the container is designedto recreational vehicle. Practice shows that the designing process is practical and feasible.The study provides certain references for the future transformation design of the containersContainer houses have exhibited huge advantages in such aspects as buildingefficiency, environmental protection and sustainability. Based on the research of thereconstruction design of the containers, we found that the studies are helpful forthe innovation and application of the waste containers.
