At present, technology of the active control is the most advanced fluid control technology. Passive shuttle check value is an important component of the passive control system and technology. Passive shuttle check valve is to provide a kind of axial flow, symmetry, balance, the main valve spindle type structure, the main valve disc drive cylinder axial tubular to put in the main body gradient port, without changing the main valve axial length and diameter of the radial structure, fully take the drive device is installed for vertical stacking height, greatly decrease the size of shape and structure weight, more simple and reliable. In the fluid flow control system, the reliability and safety is an important technical index, therefore, in the process of the body work, real time monitoring of the valve core displacement to the conditio ns of working fluid is very necessary.Due to passive shuttle check valve to the particularity of the application of environmental, so as to determine the body of the valve core displacement monitoring should be done by non-contact monitoring method. This design based on the dynamic spindle type check valve modeling and flow field analysis of the valve body model, mastered the shuttle valve on-off characteristic, noncontact electromagnetic induction method is used to produce at the time of the shuttle valve work, weak magnetic signal acquisition and analysis. Because the body fast, collecting large amount, produce electromagnetic signal is very weak at the same time, to facilitate the collection, in front of the gathering with instrumentation amplifier amplification, recycling acquisition boards of a large number of data collection. By engineering environment and the acquisition system in the electromagnetic interference is very big, bring the inevitable noise, as well as enlarge the useful signal to noise si gnal is amplified and gathering, etc. As the shuttle valve switch time is very short, if the acquisition of strip noise signal accurate judgment of the switching time may lead to big error. In order to determine the working state of the shuttle valve, the valve core sensors to collect amplified signal to digital signal processing, in this article, through analysis and comparison of research and a variety of filter algorithm, design the best approximation algorithm based on such as corrugated of FIR filter t o the effective signal processing.The structure of the shuttle valve, principle and the design and analysis of inductive sensors were introduced in this paper, the best bellows approximation algorithm of corrugated is mainly studied, the convergence char acteristics and the effects of parameters on the algorithm performance are analyzed in detail, and compares the performance of the algorithm. Equivalence corrugated best approximation algorithm was simulated by employing Simulink module in MATLAB software. Extraction of the useful signal was completed, the result reached the purpose of the displacement monitoring shuttle valve core.
