Highway construction is a systematic project involving a wide and profound influence on the social and natural environment, which is also the lifeblood of the national economic construction system. The primary problem to be solved during the prophase of highway construction is the comprehensive optimization of highway route scheme which will directly affect whether the project can meet the national and regional economic development and also affect all the target and functions of the whole project during the whole life cycle. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a reliable, practical and convenient evaluation index system and evaluation method.Firstly, highway route scheme optimization of system analysis, analyzes the principle, influence factors, methods and steps of line selection; secondly the principles and methods of establishing the evaluation index according to the comprehensive optimization, from safety, environment, society, economy and technology five aspects established highway route scheme optimization evaluation index system at the same time, through expert consultation and combine their long engaged in the management of highway construction project experience through qualitative and quantitative analysis of the index system; finally, according to the characteristics of highway construction projects and determine the index system, use the AHP to comprehensive optimization of high highway route planning problem is transformed into a fuzzy evaluation problem, put a lot of influence of highway route plan as a system to deal with optimization problems, and according to the characteristics and the nature of the highway construction project, build the highway route scheme multi-objective and multi-level fuzzy decision system model, and verified through the comprehensive optimization of the gorgeous Yunnan highway route plan, a comprehensive evaluation of alternatives, evaluation model.The practice of the project route scheme design shows that the project design scheme is reasonable and feasible, and the results of the evaluation model are the same as the example of this paper..
