| TRD method is one of the continuous wall methods, the method originated in Japan and is widely used in foreign countries. Our country has a tendency of growing development in recent years. This paper studies the chain plate continuous wall milling machine which is a method of TRD method, it of machine has a continuous wall, high quality and good stability of the whole machine compared with the traditional method.TRD method application is becoming more and more widely in our country, but we have not the machine which can be designed and made by ourselves. Instead, most of it is technical cooperation with foreign production or the mechanical way of original importation. The purpose of this paper is to design a kind of method for TRD construction machinery, calculate the key structure and hydraulic system and provide the theory basis for the production of chain plate continuous wall milling machine.The research mainly includes the analysis of tool cutting principle, the movement of chain plate continuous wall milling machine and the analysis of the dynamics, the design of the key structure and related components selection calculation, the whole machine’s hydraulic system and key structure for the design and analysis of finite element analysis.In the study of tool cutting geotechnical principle, it introduces the destruction mechanism of geotechnical and deduces the formula of cutting tool cutting resistance to provide a theoretical basis for the optimal design of the cutting tool parameters. We obtained the formula calculation of cutting soil thickness and speed and we give the formula of tangential resistance and normal resistance when the tool cutting rock and soil by the analysis of the chain plate continuous wall milling machine movement and dynamics. Based on the research of the milling machine into a wall method, we finished the structural design of chain plate continuous wall milling machine and the strength checking of key parts through Solidworks simulation. The modal analysis for the milling machine work mechanism has brought out its first six order natural frequency of structure, providing theoretical basis for practical work to avoid resonance in practical work.We design the machine’s hydraulic system according to the working principle of the milling machine, which adopts advanced load sensitive feedback technology. It carries on the simulation analysis of the main loop in the hydraulic system through AMEsim and studies the influence factors of load sensitive feedback loop systemThis topic combines with TRD method into a wall, designed chain plate continuous wall milling machine that meet the requirements of actual work, and it is concluded the design scheme of milling mechanism, driving mechanism, caterpillar chassis and other key structures and design for the hydraulic system of the whole machine, and the dynamic characteristics of hydraulic system is obtained by simulation analysis,providing feasible solutions for engineering use. |
