| In recent years, with the advance of economy development, the cities are fast increasing in population. So predictable mass passenger flow is usually present, and the rapidly predictable mass passenger flow do bring the urban rail transit great pressure. Under the condition of large passenger flow, effective and rational organization of urban rail transit is very important. Through the adjustment and optimization of plan for urban rail transit, the passengers will transported and evacuated with great dispatch. The urban rail transit will incarnate its unique advantage by its on time, high-speed, convenience, comfort, and safety. It has become an important orientation of the plan for urban rail transit to maintain order under mass passenger flow, to ensure security of public services, and to merchandise the city image. This paper discusses how to do the targeted changing and optimizing under predictable mass passenger flow.The primary contents are as follows:Firstly, the author proposed the definition of predictable mass passenger flow, and used service space congestion level of urban rail transport system To indicate the mass passenger flow state.It conveys a detailed analysis on the different kinds and causes of mass passenger flow. To measure the time distribution qualities and spatial distribution qualities of predictable mass passenger flow.Next, the adjustment and optimization of plan for urban rail transit was discussed, including the adjustments of passenger flow, the conditions for the application of passenger flow, the influence factors in the urban rail transit system and so on. Considering the restrictions of the conditions for the application of passenger flow, the system load capacity (e.g. station accommodate capacity and station throughput capacity), the lines and equipment of the system (e.g. the lines conditions and equipment conditions of the system, the fixed number of the application vehicles), and the service level on the urban rail transit system(e.g. the max waiting time) and so on, the author summed up the readjustment measurements of plan optimization for urban rail transit under predictable mass passenger flow.At last, to maintain a high standard of service on the urban rail transit system, the thesis is maximize the reduction of the time cost, overcrowding of passengers and the increase of service frequency of the heavy passenger traffic density. The author structure the optimization models of these different readjustment measurements.The paper analyzed predictable mass passenger flow and assessed the characteristics of the density. According to this theory, and offered the optimum methods of readjustment measurements. The thesis is of theoretical and practical significance to the development of transportation, organization and management techniques of the urban rail transit. |
