This article measures the annual original temperature of sewage discharged from a hotel in Chengdu and temperature of primary and secondary sewage in winter,sums up the temperature characteristics of sewage,and counts the the number of sewage plant and treatment facilities in recent years.The paper evaluates the potential of recycling sewage heat energy from the aspects of energy, economic and environmental.The immersion indirect sewage source heat pump system is built to test the performance of heat exchanger,the coefficient of performance (COP) of system and influence factor of it in winter.The experimental results show that the heat transfer performance is good;and the scaling is not obvious in the large flow and high flow rate;and the heat transfer coefficient increases with the increase of sewage temperature.The simulation model of simple sewage heat pump system is established by TRNS YS to study the effect of sewage temperature,system form,heat exchanger area,fouling resistance and sewage flow rate on the system performance in Chengdu. The results show that the sewage of Chengdu is suitable for sewage source heat pump system as the cold/heat source;the direct system produces more cold or heat than the indirect system, the COP of the unit and system is hign,and the direct system is used as far as the sewage quality is allowed.According to the temperature,quantity and quality characteristics,the feasibility of sewage source heat pump system in Chengdu area and technical proposal are discussed.
