Marine diesel engine is the core of ship operation.As the traditional monitoring and alarm system is poor versatility,and the components are almost a whole,when a failure occurs,it's often need to replace the entire system,maintainability is poor too,and the development cycle is long.Therefore,in order to solve the ship diesel engine monitoring system is not good versatility,low degree of serialization,and poor maintenance of the case,this paper introduces a modular design method.By dividing the software and hardware according to the functional modules,different modules are selected according to different monitoring requirements.So we can design a system quickly through the combination of each module.The module can also be customized according to the special requirements.Each module is designed with standard interface,and other types of expansion interface modules can be added according to the task requirements,thus reducing the design cycle.The main work of this subject is as follows:Firstly,the development course and technology status of diesel engine monitoring and alarming technology are analyzed and summarized the modular design method is systematically studied,and the theoretical basis is designed to monitor the modular design of the alarm system.Then,this paper puts forward the overall scheme of hardware and software design for alarm system.Hardware:By analyzing the requirements of the monitoring parameters,these parameters need to be analyzed and classified,according to the modular design method,put forward the hardware required modules.Software:The software is divided into sub-module design.The design of monitoring and alarming system.Hardware design:According to the division and function of the module,the schematic diagram of each hardware module is designed,and a series of simulation analysis of the circuit diagram is designed to verify whether the circuit meets the design requirements.Software design:According to each module to achieve the function,as well as the software level,the software hierarchical sub-module design.Gives the corresponding software implementation principle flow chart,and human-computer interaction interface.Lastly,independent and integrated debugging of the hardware circuit boards are done.Verify the feasibility and reliability of the monitoring system,whether to achieve the desired design effect and complete the basic functions of the monitoring system.Can complete the basic functions of the monitoring system.Thus providing a good running platform for the system software.
