A Study On Environmental Design Of Rehabilitation Medicine

With the advance of the times, a variety of new concepts and technologies have emerged in the field of rehabilitation therapy, dramatically changing the environment of rehabilitation therapy. Because of the distinction between the spatial environment of rehabilitation therapy and the hospital’s requirement, it has become an inevitable tendency to establish a safe, efficient and convenient environment of rehabilitation therapy for the rehabilitation personnel.The theory of rehabilitation therapy can throw light on the nosogenesis. It can also spread the concept and education on rehabilitation therapy among the patients, thus reducing the probability of recurrence. The improved technology of rehabilitation therapy will greatly alleviate the pain for the patient, lengthen the survival time and even cure the disease completely. It is also found that the earlier intervention of rehabilitation therapy will lead to a better treatment effect at the later stage. In addition, the earlier rehabilitation therapy will improve the patient’s physical ability and self-care ability, which will greatly influence the rehabilitation in the future. With the aid of rehabilitation therapy, psychology, sociology and design science, this paper has researched and designed the environment of rehabilitation agency comprehensively.This paper will classify the rehabilitation agency in China into comprehensive rehabilitation hospital, special rehabilitation hospital, rehabilitation department in the comprehensive hospital and rehabilitation community after studying the relevant material at home and abroad. In order to research the environment of various rehabilitation agencies in Beijing, this paper has made a field survey in Beijing United Family Rehabilitation Hospital, Xuanwu Rehabilitation Hospital and Beijing Fengsheng Special Hospital of Traditional Medical Traumatology and Orthopaedics. According to research result, this paper will also study the application of design science to rehabilitation environment as a form of auxiliary treatment. After collecting the historical information and material on current situation, this paper has also made a comprehensive study of environmental design. The research result of interdisciplinary subjects has been utilized to analyze the environment of different rehabilitation personal and the design of rehabilitation medical facility. Hence, it will not only support the medical treatment but also promote the rehabilitation.This paper has also analyzed the category, symptom and need for various rehabilitation groups when receiving the rehabilitation therapy. Based on the research result of interdisciplinary subject, this paper has researched the environment of these rehabilitation groups and the design of rehabilitation medical facility. Targeted at the relevant cases at the graduate level, this paper has identified the problems and offered some advice for improvement.This paper aims to enrich the relevant content and detail for the design of rehabilitation medical environment and also push forward the environment of rehabilitation agency in China towards being more human-centered.
