Design And Experiments On Water Jet Cleaning System For Remanufacture Of Truck Crane Boom

With the development of industry, the truck crane has been widely used. With the application of cranes, some of them are beginning aging and facing elimination. Remanufacturing of the truck crane boom significantly improves the whole life cycle, so that the boom can be used again. The high pressure water cleaning system of the boom sprays the high pressure water to the surface, and undermines the role of boom between the pollutants and the substrate to clean the surface contaminants of the boom.In this paper, we design the high pressure water jet cleaning system, and study the adhesion properties between the pollutant and the substrate. Moreover, the broken mechanism of water jet cleaning is analyzed. According to the simulation of the linetype nozzle, we can get the flow field of velocity cloud and determine the cleaning theoretical parameters. Compare the strike force of water jet to the simulation, we can get the optimal parameters for cleaning. The high pressure water jet of the truck crane boom is designed, including high pressure water jet cleaning system, water treatment system, electronic control system, and vacuum recovery system.In according to the equipment of laboratory, design the system of hydraulic cylinder. Design and test the large surface cleaning system for the truck crane boom. Analysis of the tested data, and improve the systematic architecture for the large surface. Design and process the particular location of the boom, and get many of tested data. With the deficiencies and shortcoming, we improve the structural and re-test. According to the designed, the cleaning system is developed, and it can be reached the cleaning requirement. Complete the integration and layout for the system.
