This paper studies the automatic solar tracking system based on fuzzy control. Solar energy is a kind of new and renewable energy. It will create a new form of life for human beings. And it will make society and human into an era of energy conservation to reduce pollution. In the future, solar energy is the main use of solar power. Then photovoltaic power generation is one of the most important ways of generating. But solar panels are expensive and inefficient. It hinders the development of photovoltaic industry. Photovoltaic power generation using fixed installation mode. So, it is unable to raise the efficiency. The mechanical tracking system of photovoltaic power generation technology cannot avoid the cumulative error. And using photoelectric tracking system usually appear wrong operations affected by the weather interference. Receiving the optimum tilt angle of solar energy is influenced by factors such as clouds and ambient diffuse. Compared with the sun’s rays actual incidence angle, it has lag angle. So, tracking the sun’s rays incident angle former tracking method cannot achieve maximum efficiency.This paper relies on the photoelectric tracking technology. Then it puts forward to combine two kinds of photoelectric tracking technology way of tracking. According to the situation of solar energy, it studies the optimum tilt Angle of solar energy. This angle is usually to lag behind the sun’s rays incident angle. Under the condition of different solar energy resources, it will use different tracking modes. It is the pursuit of the largest power generation efficiency. This system eliminates the cumulative errors and reduces the probability of wrong operations. So it reduces the amount of the use of solar panels and the costsFirst, this paper analyzes that the system should take tracking mode respectively in different weather conditions. The whole system is divided into two subsystems including the parse track system and the precision tracking system. Then, this paper starts with the overall design, it respectively design the hardware design and software design of the whole system. So it proves the feasibility of two methods. Hardware design includes signal collector, signal processing circuit, PLC control system, feedback module, and stepping motor driver module. The software part designs the tracking software of the parse and precision tracking system. Then it implements the function of each hardware module. Software part also includes the processing of data of photoelectric detection and drive control of tracking mechanism. Finally, this paper designs the link of the related experiments of solar tracking system. Through the analyzing and summarizing of experimental data, it proves that the fuzzy control strategy is more suitable for the intelligent tracking system. Then it verifies the rationality of the calculation circuit and fuzzy control.
