Research On Location Of Handan Logistics Park Based On The Intuitionistic Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process

With the deepening of globalization, international trade develops in-depth,modern logistics industry greets a good development environment and opportunity. Therapid development of modern logistics provides a new growth point for nationaleconomy. Logistics park is regarded as an important indicator of balancing the overallpower of nations. It is the distribution center of logistics activities and connect linkbetween supply and demand. It plays an increasingly important role in economicdevelopment, more people realize the importance of logistics parks and began to planand construct logistics parks. The construction can promote the prosperity of logisticsindustry as well as improve the economic development level and regionalcompetitiveness. The study and construction of logistics park began in1990s in China,the relevant theories and methods of logistics park location is not mature enough, so ithas a certain practical significance to study the location in this paper.Logistics park is a large-scale infrastructure construction, so its decision-makingneeds an appropriate methodology. Various location methods have their advantages andapplicability, but they are all accompanied by respective limitations. For example, theanalytic hierarchy process(AHP) we commonly used is too subjective to describeinformation accurately; for another example, the quantitative analysis methods likecentric method are likely to cause distortion to data, it usually requires furtheradjustment, and so on. Considering this, this paper introduces intuitionistic fuzzynumbers to be combined with AHP, and then use intuitionistic fuzzy AHP to optimizelogistics park location. This method absorbs the advantages of AHP and intuitionisticfuzzy numbers to depict the indicators’ relative importance and expert weights moreaccurately. Over the past decade Handan witnessed the rapid development of logisticsand cargo climbing, the logistics industry accounts for an increasing share in grossdomestic product (GDP) year by year. At the same time, Handan logistics park has someproblems, for instance, the plan is not enough coordinate with economic development,the research before construction is inadequate. This article analyzes the logisticsdevelopment in Handan, and then optimizes the location of Handan Logistics park.
