Evaluation Of Flood Control Of Hunhe Soccer Park Project In Shenyang

In order to ensure the economy,safety and reasonableness of the new plan for the football park project,the flood control evaluation for the construction projects within the scope of river management is carried out to avoid the project's influence on urban flood control and provide theoretical basis for river management.On the basis of a large amount of hydrological,geological and topographic data,the flood characteristics and river regime evolution is analyzed.The two-dimensional mathematical model of river channel is adopted to calculate the backwater height and influence range before and after the football park project under planning conditions,and at the same time,the variation of hydraulic factors such as water level and flow rate before and after the project is analyzed.The analysis results show that:(1)based on hydrological analysis and review,the design flow rate of the river section where the proposed project is located is 4174m~3/s once in 50 years,4939m~3/s once in 100years,and 6294m~3/s once in 300 years.(2)according to the calculation results of two-dimensional hydraulic mathematical model,under the standard condition of the once-in-100-year flood flow,there is no floodplain,and the implementation of the project will not have any impact on the water level of the reach;Under the standard condition of the first flood discharge in 300 years,after the floodplain of the river reach,local topographic conditions and roughness change a fter the leveling of the project area,the implementation of the project has a slight impact on the river reach velocity and water level.(3)conclusion of flood control evaluation:the major flood discharge of the urban section of Shenyang of Hun river where the proposed project is located is the main channel.According to the design scheme and construction situation of football project,a small number of flood discharge sections will be obstructed by the elevation of some tidal flats and the occupation of fixed facilities such as sculptures.After the completion of the proposed project,the flood discharge requirements of river channels will be met.At the same time,the proposed project has no impact on river stability,existing water conservancy projects,flood control and rescue,and third-party water rights and interests.Therefore,it is feasible to construct the football park of Hun river.
