Research On Water Resources Development And Management In Xian Chanba River Basin Based On Water Ecology

With the development of the city, the human demand for rigid, diversified, dynamic water more and more dependent, also contributed to the development and use of water resources shortage, water pollution of lakes, water ecological function degradation and so on. This paper takes example of xi’an Chanba biome water resources development, to discuss how to follow the rules of ecological water to exploitation, utilization and management of water resources, so as to repair and improve the ecological environment water. This paper main research content is as follows:First of all, sum up the theory of water resources, water cycle theory, ecological theory, the ecological economic system of water resources, water basin management theory and relevant theory.Secondly, analyzed the xian Chanba river basin water resources development and management situation, proposed main problems of Chanba river basin water resources development and management.Thirdly, research project of Chanba river water resources development and management of river basin water resources protection and water ecological problems, Chanba river basin development project the impact of water environment quality evaluation system, including the sources of pollution present situation investigation and evaluation, the water environment quality present situation and evaluation, the present situation of air environmental quality and evaluation, groundwater environment quality present situation and the appraisal and the ecological environment quality evaluation, etc.Finally, through the Chanba river basin water ecological protection and restoration control unit is set, the water environment capacity and river basin ecological environment construction and protection, drinking water source protection, protection of solid waste water ecological environment protection and restoration measures, such as the water conservation and restoration project budget and prediction, and safeguard measures are put forward.
