With the rapid development of economy and people’s improved living standards, along with it come the serious waste of energy, which will lead to energy crises. Energy conservation has been widespread concerned, traditional heating distribution system causes severe energy loss while the advantages of distributed heating distribution system can never be underestimated. Distributed heating distribution system has been raised by insiders and gradually applied to some practical engineering. Distributed heating distribution system not only has its energy-saving superiority, but also improve the stability of the hydraulic system thus solving the hydraulic imbalance, and will eliminate the unevenness of cold and heat effectively. Therefore, in order to get an in-depth understanding of the operating characteristics, configuration and scope of the distributed heating system, this essay analyzed many aspects of this system from energy conservation point to make it more widely used in the future. This paper firstly outlines the shortcomings of traditional system by establishing a mathematical model of transmission and distribution systems based on the graph theory knowledge. And then analysis the mathematical model of distributed system from a theoretical view, summarize the definition and design ideas of the transmission and distribution systems in a heating distribution system. Secondly, mainly compares the two-stage pump system with the traditional one form the aspect of their regulatory, stability and controllability. Lastly, calculates the hourly energy consumption during a whole heating season of a practical project, and then computes the energy-saving rate which is compared with the traditional system with their economic performance, making a more accurate and comprehensive summary of the advantages of distributed two-stage pump system.Studies have shown that distributed two-stage pump heating can handle the hydraulic disorder problem, eliminate the unevenness of cold and heat effectively and improve system stability under the premise of meeting the needs of all users, meanwhile its perfect adaption to the variation of load and the ability to adjust will lead to a considerable energy saving effect, so this novel technology has a greater advantages in system running. However, due to its unique system form compared with traditional one, we may need a comprehensive analysis in terms of construction investment. And when it comes to operating costs, distributed heating system with its low energy consumption shows a remarkable energy-saving effect. Finally, we simulates different types of practical program on the basis of design ideas, system form of the distributed two-stage pump system and the advantages we mentioned above, and then discusses the influence of the project size and zero-pressure position on the energy saving rates. Summarizes some regulations and experience to provide reference for further engineering design a nd system operation. With the more widely application of converter technique, together with a preferable policy to promote the energy conservation, distributed heating system has been gradually recognized by the majority of designers and applied to practical engineering. |
