The Research On Entropy Weight AHP Performance Evaluation Of Excellence Management For Highway Construction Project

The implementation of the excellence management model of highway construction project is necessary for the refinement and standardization of highway construction. And it is also the needs of the development of highway construction enterprise company. Due to the excellence management model does not form a unified performance evaluation system at present.Therefore, it is necessary to establish a complete set of scientific management performance evaluation system,to evaluate the performance of the highway construction project excellence management effectively and comprehensively.Based on the perspective of the owner of the highway construction project in this thesis.Firstly, the performance theory and the concept of expressway construction project excellence management and its basic framework.were analyzed.Secondly, the paper analyzed the characteristics of excellence management performance evaluation,defined the meaning of performance evaluation of highway construction project excellence management, put forward the content of performance evaluation of excellence management,and the characteristics of excellence management performance evaluation of highway construction project were summaried.including the general characteristics and particularity. Then.analyzed the factors affecting the performance evaluation of excellence management,on this basis, established the index system of performance evaluation of excellence management,used the ideas of combination evaluation method,inspected the combination evaluation method by using the Kendall rank correlation coefficient before combination,to determine the combination evaluation method is feasible or not.Thus, built the Entropy-AHP performance evaluation model of excellence management.And inspected the combination evaluation method by using the Kendall coefficient Concord after combination,to determine the results of the combination evaluation method is reasonable or not.The research of this thesis is using the entropy weight AHP evaluation model to do a case analysis on WD Yangtze River Highway Bridge Project. And made empirical analysis through the data collection and calculation of WD Yangtze River Highway Bridge.This paper put forward some countermeasures andsuggestions on existing problems,in order to play a reference on the performance evaluation of the excellence management of highway construction project.
